Day Twenty Six

Day 26 - A picture of something that means a lot to you.

I got this two years ago, almost to the day ( I got it May 2nd) from a friend who I thought I would never see again. As it turns out, we did see each other again for almost two whole years. But now, ironically, our roles are reversed and what with my going away to school soon and his suddenly getting a life that involves a serious, time demanding schedule, we're in a way back to where we were two years ago, and the chances of the two of us really seeing each other and spending time doing crazy things together again has greatly diminished. Also, it makes me stand out, which is nice, and I got this my sophomore year, which as we already discussed was one of my favorites.

Day Twenty Five

Day 25 - A picture of your day.

Well, today was a bit out of the ordinary since it was prom, (which was fantastic by the way) so if you want  pictures of my day today, It would be these.

As for my average day, this is more accurate.

This is Hillary, Scott, and I at the Community College writing a "letter" to our friend Josh. I took this photo in the fall for my photography class.

Day Twenty Four

Day 24 - A picture of something you wish you could change.

Light Brown Long Curly Hair

Who is this person? No don't be silly, of course it isn't Spider-Man. I have no idea who this is, but that isn't really the point. The point is that I wish I had her hair. My hair, if you haven't been able to tell from all of these pictures is sometimes kind of wavyish but for the most part pretty straight and boring. I wish I could change that, so that it would always be curly and awesome.

Day Twenty Three

Day 23 - A picture of your favorite book.

There isn't much to say about this I guess. The Scarlet Pimpernel is my favorite book, fact. It's also a classic, but that's just a crazy coincidence. I can't exactly come up with a specific reason as to why it's my favorite, just that I love the story, especially the ending. Also, my friend Katy is the one who told me to read it, and for that she is the coolest person ever.

Day Twenty Two

Day 22 - A picture of something you wish you were better at.

I wish that I was better at managing my time. I always end up spending way to much time goofing around on the internet or lollygaging on my way to do some kind of project or something that needs to get done. I'm not horrible at time management, I still get everything done that I need to for the most part, it just takes forever!

Day Twenty one

Day 21 - A picture of something you wish you could forget.

Well, this is kind of a dumb question. If there was something that I wanted to forget, then why would I have a picture of it and why would I want to remember it by posting it here. Also, I'm not real big on forgetting. I kind of follow the Momiji philosophy (any of you that know Fruits Basket) that you shouldn't forget any memory because it will help you in the end. His exact quote is "But I think... I want to live with all my memories. Even if they're bad memories. Even if they're memories that only hurt me... that I'd rather forget. If I keep them and keep trying, without running away, then someday I'll be strong enough that those memories can't defeat me. I believe that because I want to think that there's no such thing as a memory that's ok to forget."

So, with that being said, here is my picture

If I could chose one thing to forget, it would be fear. Fear of failure in particular. I would love to be able to give myself to courage to attempt to tackle any obstetrical without unneeded doubt or hesitation. That would be fantastic. Being nervous is just about the worst thing ever!

"Fear is nothing more than a feeling. You feel hot. You feel hungry. You feel angry. You feel afraid. Fear can never kill you. Purge your mind of fear and believe in yourself. Without that belief, I can do nothing with you."

Day Twenty

Day 20 - A picture of somewhere you'd love to travel

Around the World in 80 days
I always thought that it would be fun to plan a real trip around the world in 80 days. With the different ways available to travel now days, you could spend some actual time in each of the major places and still be around in 80 days. That would be my ultimate travel trip if money and time were limitless.
